Parodical character hanging around a street corner doing nothing suspicious at all. Framing the image using the street light gives a sense of claustrophobia which is contrasted by the simple cartoon eyes of the character. I wanted to capture a British stereotype here but not in an overtly negative way, maintaining some humour.
